Returns on Items purchased from a physical locations
Receipts are required for all returns. If your item has a manufacturer defect (lid does not close or seal properly, for example), we would be happy to replace it within 30 days of purchase with receipt. Please return your item to the location in which you purchased it.
Porcelain and Plastic Mugs and Tumblers may become brittle and break over time. This is considered normal wear and tear. Your mugs and tumblers will have a longer lifespan if you wash them by hand only.
Thermos Tumblers have a lifetime warranty. If after 30 days an issue arises with your Thermos Tumbler, please call Thermos customer service directly at 1-800-831-9242.
