Please fill out our wholesale form with your business details and information and we will get in touch with you shortly!

We roast throughout the day Monday through Thursday at our HQ in Gainesville, FL. Orders received on the website will ship within 2 business days (Mon – Fri).

Your products will be delivered to the location you chose within 2 business days. We suggest that you wait to receive an email notifying you that your order has been shipped/delivered to the location before you try to pick it up!

First off, HANG ON TO YOUR RECEIPT! You’ll need it to return your item. If your item has a manufacturer defect (lid does not close or seal properly, for example), we would be happy to replace it within 30 days of purchase with receipt. Please return your item to the location where you purchased it.

Porcelain and Plastic Mugs and Tumblers may become brittle and break over time. This is considered normal wear and tear. Your mugs and tumblers will have a longer lifespan if you wash them by hand only.
