Honduras COMSA Natural Reserve
VANILLA · MANDARIN · STARFRUIT
The Honduras COMSA Natural Reserve beans are provided by a collective of small farmers in Marcala, La Paz, Honduras, who came together over 20 years ago with a vision of certified organic farming. Now, the successful collective reinvests funds into their local community through social and educational projects. We roasted the beans to a medium level to highlight the unique qualities derived from the natural process, which creates a bold, fruity profile with a sweet finish.
