A favorite among our baristas and sure to be your new favorite too. This coffee comes from the southern state of Chiapas, Mexico. We have light roasted the beans to bring out the sweet notes of brown sugar and lemon.

The majority of coffee beans grown in Chiapas, Mexico are on small, family owned plots where the mountain ranges provide an ideal altitude and climate for coffee production. The coffee is fully washed and then dried in the sun on patios and in mechanical dryers known as guardiolas.
