Located in the mountains of the Peruvian Amazon, the Aprysa cooperative has an unparalleled commitment to environmental stewardship and community development — 42% of producers are women and 100% of children attend school. Certified fair trade and organic, their farms are biodiverse and their land management practices include extensive forest conservation. By using more sustainable solar dryers, they have both stabilized their position in the supply chain and perfected a top quality coffee bean.
