How do I place a catering order?
Fill out our catering form, and we’ll contact you soon. The catering form gives us all of the details, we’ll come up with a sample menu, calculate a price, and get back to you.
How do I purchase your coffee wholesale?

How do I check a gift card balance?
Gift card balances can be checked at any of our six locations. Just ask the cashier how much is on your gift card and they should easily be able to tell you.
How long will it take to receive coffee or merchandise ordered from the website?
We roast in Gainesville, FL from Monday through Thursday. Orders received on the website will go out in 24 to 48 hours. However, if you order from Thursday through Sunday, your order will go out on Monday. We recommend that you only order enough coffee at a time to last 1 to 2 weeks.
Do you deliver locally?
We only deliver to our locations. If you select ‘Local Pickup’ at any one of our locations, we’ll have your products delivered to the selected location by the next day. We’ll also send you an email when your products are ready. Otherwise, we send everything else ground shipping.
I ordered from the website and chose the option ‘pickup at a location.’ When will my products be ready for pickup?
Your products will be ready for pickup the following day unless you made your purchase on a Friday. If you ordered on a Friday, then your products will be ready for pickup on Monday. However, we’ll send you an email to confirm that your products are ready to be picked up.

What is the return policy for retail items purchased at one of your locations?
First off, HANG ON TO YOUR RECEIPT! You’ll need it to return your item. If your item has a manufacturer defect (lid does not close or seal properly, for example), we would be happy to replace it within 30 days of purchase with receipt. Please return your item to the location in which you purchased it.
Porcelain and Plastic Mugs and Tumblers may become brittle and break over time. This is considered normal wear and tear. Your mugs and tumblers will have a longer lifespan if you wash them by hand only.
Thermos Tumblers have a lifetime warranty. If after 30 days an issue arises with your Thermos Tumbler, please call Thermos customer service directly at 1-800-831-9242.
What is your online store return and refund policy?
We do not accept returns. If you have an issue with your coffee or merchandise, or if there are errors in your order, please contact us at email@example.com. We will work with you to ensure that you are satisfied.
What is the best way to store coffee?
Coffee should be stored out of the light in a cool, airtight container. If you have any further questions, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
