  • How do I place a catering order?

    Fill out our catering form, and we’ll contact you within 2 business days. The catering form gives us all the details so we can confirm your menu selections, calculate a price, and get back to you with everything you need to be the hero of your next event!

  • How do I purchase your coffee wholesale?

    Please fill out our wholesale form and provide us with your business details and information and we will get in touch with you shortly!

  • How do I check a gift card balance?

    Gift card balances can be checked online or by asking a cashier at any of our eight locations.

  • Can I use my gift card for an online order?

    At this time, gift cards can only be used at our physical locations (the good news is that there are 8 of them!). If you’d like to gift someone Opus coffee beans or merch using our online resources, you can ship it directly to them – or even sign them up for a subscription on you!

  • How long will it take to receive coffee or merchandise ordered from the website?

    We roast throughout the day Monday through Thursday at our HQ in Gainesville, FL. Orders received on the website will ship within 2 business days (Mon – Fri).

  • Do you deliver locally?

    Yes, we have several options for local Gainesville service! During checkout, if you enter a shipping address with a zip code within our delivery area, you will see two new options:

    1. Home Delivery, which has a $4 fee. Choose this option to get your package dropped off right at your doorstep.
    2. Local Pickup, which is free. Choose this option to have your products delivered to any of our 8 Opus Coffee locations.

     

    Your order will be delivered to your home or the location of your choice within 2 business days.

  • I ordered from the website and chose the option ‘pickup at a location.’ When will my products be ready for pickup?

    Your products will be delivered to the location you chose within 2 business days. We suggest that you wait another business day after you receive shipping confirmation to pick up your product.

  • What’s the best way to contact Opus Coffee?

  • What is the return policy for retail items purchased at one of your locations?

    First off, HANG ON TO YOUR RECEIPT! You’ll need it to return your item. If your item has a manufacturer defect (lid does not close or seal properly, for example), we would be happy to replace it within 30 days of purchase with receipt. Please return your item to the location in which you purchased it.

    Porcelain and Plastic Mugs and Tumblers may become brittle and break over time. This is considered normal wear and tear. Your mugs and tumblers will have a longer lifespan if you wash them by hand only.

    Thermos Tumblers have a lifetime warranty. If after 30 days an issue arises with your Thermos Tumbler, please call Thermos customer service directly at 1-800-831-9242.

  • What is your online store return and refund policy?

    We do not accept returns from online purchases, but we do want to work with you to make sure you are satisfied with your opuscoffee.com experience. If you have an issue with your coffee or merchandise, or if there are errors in your order, please contact us at hello@opuscoffee.com.

  • What is the best way to store coffee?

    Coffee should be stored out of the light in a cool, airtight container. If you have any further questions, email us at hello@opuscoffee.com.

  • Does Opus offer coffee in pods (eg, Keurig cups)?

    To use Opus coffee in your coffee pod (eg, Keurig) machine, choose our flat bottom filter grind.
